 Andrew P. Geisterfer was admitted to the Alberta Bar in 1996. He attended the University of Alberta, and obtained a B.A. in (Canadian Studies) and his L.L.B. He is also a previous graduate of Fanshawe College of Applied Arts and Technology in London, Ontario, 1982, Ridgetown Agricultural College in 1979 where he received his Ontario Drainage Contractors Certificate.Andrew began his legal career with a large Edmonton firm in 1996 dealing in all areas of law, but most particularly: bankruptcy and insolvency, debt collection, bank foreclosures and Supreme Court of Canada appeals. He is the founding member of River City Law Group (2000) providing services in Real Estate - Residential and Commercial, Wills and Estates, and Corporate Commercial.
Andrew has been a member of Rotary International for five years and is a charter member of both the Edmonton Urban Spirits Club as well as a Paul Harris Society Fellow of District 5370. Andrew is an active member with the Ottewell Christian Reformed Church in Edmonton, where he assists as a member of the board and on various other committees. Giving back to the community is a main ingredient to the success of River City Law Group.
